A friend of mine is 31 yrs old 5 '10 190 17% bf

he is using 200mg of Depo test cyp every monday
he is now on his 5th shot of the test and has lost 4 lbs , and added some strenght. why no weight gain , plus his diet is 200gm -pro 200gm- carb
25gm- fat .

should he move up to 2cc every monday or

1cc on mon and 1cc on thursday?


what weird is he gains crazy weight and hardness on 25mg of winny.........

anybody help?????????
 
Assuming he's not cutting, I would raise everything across the board.
If he is eating 6 meals per day, he is only getting 33grams of protein, 33grams of carbs, and 4grams of fat per meal. I like the fat where it is, but raise other two.

As for the cyp, yes I would do one shot on monday and one shot on thursday.
Or even better, since he is already about 1/2 way through his cycle and cyp takes a couple of weeks, he might want to add sust250 or prop instead of the extra 200mg of cyp.

What's his training looking like?

What kind of carbs is he taking in: complex or simple?

What kind of fats is he taking in: EFA's or LDL's?

Agreed with all above.

At age 31 he may need to up the test (twice a week) I'm on HRT and it takes me 250 mgs cyp to get me to the top range. (about 1200 in a range up to 1200)
 
i have a buddy that does the same thing when he takes test... he shreds up and burns fat. he doesnt put on any weight but he does get bigger... so maybe your friend is just burning fat.
i also would bump the amount up
