Good advice bro. My first cycle, buddy had me at 675mg/wk of a few diff tests. This was before I discovered all the good bros here at EF. No fucking anti-e's or any P C T for that matter. What an asshole. Fuck did I gain some serious mass tho, but within 4 weeks, the gyno had crept up on my sorry ass...I was pissed, still am for that matter.

250 mg/mL per week of cyp is your only option for gaining? If you are under 25 years of age you should be good to do along with some anti-aromtases, or if you are over 25 years of age, then it is good if it is your only experience to the sauce. If you are over 30 I'd recommend more than 250, but okay. You really should have an anti-aromatase or a good eastradiol antagonist at the receptor site such as Tamoxifen.

A few years back.....nearly 10 years ago, I think Raloxifene (s/p?) was a close competitor to Tamoxifen from a pharmaceutical standpoint anyway.
 
Is it your first? If so it's a terrible idea to waste your first ever cycle in that fashion. Eat a lot, take 500mg per week and enjoy the muscle growth.. first is always the best.

If not the first then you should take more for cutting than you would for 'bulking' - cutting cals and doing cardio burns muscle. eating lots builds muscle more than drugs alone.

I know most experts here have far more knowledge than him, but look at mak's cutting cycle as an example..

I would take more but.... just want to retain muscle.... did a small cycle before i knew what i was doing a few years back... but mostly want to cut bf% for now... thank you
