I have been training for 15 years the past 5 I would consider serious. I am naturally an endomorph with a slow metabolism. I have 3 cycles under my belt. Studied for about a year before I tried AS.
So I am 9 weeks in on a 16 week cycle. This is my third cycle, and just this week I am starting to drop some weight, mostly water I'm afraid I may have a bunk vial. I started my cycle with only 300 mg a week of test suspension (aqua test) for 4 weeks. Then I added another 500 of test cyp for a week, then went down to 300 test sus, and 300 test cyp for a total of 600. I did that for 4 weeks, then I went to just 600 test cyp and have been running that ever since. I am at the end of week 1 on just the cyp.
I mixed the two mainly because of what I could get my hands on. I could not get enough test sus, or test cyp for a full 16 week cycle, so I mixed them. I ran out of test sus, and now I have plenty of cyp to take me to 16 weeks at 600 a week. I did the big blast dose once I got the cyp to get things moving better.
I am 5'9" and right now 220 at about 17%BF. Last year I did just the test aqua for 10 weeks and went from 190 at 15% BF to about 210 at 17% BF. And was able to hang on to most of it. with a stable body weight of about 195-200 for the rest of the year My best was 190 at 9% BF last year.My goal this year is to be 200 at 10% BF
I have made solid gains this past 8-9 weeks. gains went from 195 to 220 in my weight. My strength is way up too. I have been lifting for primarily strength up to this week. I was doing the old 5x5 rep and set scheme the oldtimers used to use. Now this week I statrted working a little lighter with more reps and sets more like 5x10. I have been doing 3 cardio sessions a week the duration of the cycle. I also take a-dex at .050 a week, and HCG at 20 units a week and last week I started a T-3 cycle as well slowly ramping up from 25 - 100mg a week. I am now at the 75mg a day mark, going up to 100 in 2 days every 4 days I add 25 up to 100 then 4 days at 100 and back down every 4 days till I am off.
So this week I started feeling the T-3 with increased appetite and body temp, I also went to a higher rep work outs. Maybe its my paranoia but I have held my weight stable at 220 for a week now, and now today its down to 218. I have noticed less water retention and I did not feel quite as "beastly" in the gym yesterday. Past 8 weeks Ive been killing it , with gains at 2-3 pounds a week in body weight and a freakin monster in the gym. So I am scared I have a bad vial of cyp, because of the wall I hit this week and the 2 pounds I dropped. I am eating like a horse too, and fairly clean. Lots of beef chicken eggs, and whole grains. Once in a while I have some cookies or ice cream to remain sane, plus Im trying to gain anyway so calories are calories as long as the majority of them are clean. I try to stay at 2800 cals a day give or take 500, with at least 300 grams of protein.
Can anyone shed a little light on this for me any comments would be appreciated. Has anyone else ever experienced a "lull" in the middle of a cycle? I'm trying too stay as lean as I can as BF is always a challenge for me. Which is why I added the T3 because I felt I was too bloated, and I wanted to keep my appetite up.
