I am going to run a cycle of just test over the summer. My stats:
22 yrs.
5'9
175 lbs.
BF: 9%
Diet: Very clean, not extremely regimented, but a good combination of protein, carbs, and healthy fats
Training: MWF legs, core, lower back
T, TR : Arms, Back, Shoulders
-Cardio a couple times a week
-Sprint work & Agility work up to 3 times a week
Cycle History: Anavar only, 60mg ed, 8 weeks. PCT Derm. Sustain...
*Very happy with strength gains achieved, wish my diet had
been a little cleaner at the time like it is now.
Goals for next cycle (order of importance to me)
1. Strength Gains (esp. squats) right now i squat 315 2x3-4
365 1x1
2. Lean mass gain, however, not too much,
Don't want to exceed 185lbs as I am looking to maintain speed
and agility and I'm definitely done getting any taller
3. Decrease body fat a little more (i know this can be accomplished
in the kitchen)
My Questions:
1. What kind of test (Type, amount, cycle length please) would everyone recommend, taking everything from above into account? I've done lots of research, so please no, " Do more research then ask questions." I am just looking for recommendations based on personal experiences. Also, whether its eod injections or once a week really does not matter to me.
2. Also, thinking about adding in some var towards the end of the cycle... any thoughts?
3. Finally, what sides can I expect, do I need to have anything on hand during cycle? and what is ideal post cycle therapy that I should use?
