Test Cycle Advice

I am going to run a cycle of just test over the summer. My stats:

22 yrs.
5'9
175 lbs.
BF: 9%
Diet: Very clean, not extremely regimented, but a good combination of protein, carbs, and healthy fats
Training: MWF legs, core, lower back
T, TR : Arms, Back, Shoulders

-Cardio a couple times a week
-Sprint work & Agility work up to 3 times a week

Cycle History: Anavar only, 60mg ed, 8 weeks. PCT Derm. Sustain...
*Very happy with strength gains achieved, wish my diet had
been a little cleaner at the time like it is now.

Goals for next cycle (order of importance to me)

1. Strength Gains (esp. squats) right now i squat 315 2x3-4
365 1x1
2. Lean mass gain, however, not too much,
Don't want to exceed 185lbs as I am looking to maintain speed
and agility and I'm definitely done getting any taller :(

3. Decrease body fat a little more (i know this can be accomplished
in the kitchen)

My Questions:

1. What kind of test (Type, amount, cycle length please) would everyone recommend, taking everything from above into account? I've done lots of research, so please no, " Do more research then ask questions." I am just looking for recommendations based on personal experiences. Also, whether its eod injections or once a week really does not matter to me.

2. Also, thinking about adding in some var towards the end of the cycle... any thoughts?

3. Finally, what sides can I expect, do I need to have anything on hand during cycle? and what is ideal post cycle therapy that I should use?

Thanks a lot to anyone who takes the time to read over this and offer up some advice. And if anymore infor is needed just let me know.
 
Test Cyp or Enth 250mg/weekly if its your first..
1-4 Weeks Var 40mg

Sides you cant really say because every one is different.. and they experience different sides..like me..i got back acne and thats about it..

do you have a PCT lined up? make sure you have everything before starting your cycle

so you recommend weeks 1-4 var 40 mg, but how many weeks on the test?

Hard advice to take but true. One good thing though -- if you put on more natural muscle in the next few years (which you should be able to do) you'll always have it and then the gear will put on even more.
 
but then again nelson..alot of people have different opinons..i know a bunch of guys on here would say wait till 21.. or another ocuple of years.. but if hes going to do it, or even ask lets just tell him the right info..but then again waiting wouldnt be a bad idea..

Test 10-12 weeks.. most beginners run at 10 weeks..
 
22 is just fine . i started at 17 and im alive. benchin damn near 400 and squattin over 500 . no health problems .. go for it bro

1-10 250ew test e... 1injekt per week
folled by pct
13-15 40 nolvadex
15-17 20 nolvadex
Hcg ? Test can be quite hard on your liqido or wtf the name is... on tha ballz.
 
Well you and I are in a fairly similar boat. Instead of using AAS I decided to invest more in diet and training to maximize my potential before ever going on. But let's talk about you. I'm going to make this real practical for you.

Since AAS is just a nice way to cut corners for people at our level, you want those 6 pounds in as little time as possible. 185 and maximum strength is the goal, and losing a little body fat. So lets call it at 6-8 pounds of muscle for a reaaaal lean bulk. Well here's the thing. Your 10-12 week Test cycle will run you 25-30 weeks including proper PCT. and time off, or 4-6 months, roughly.

Tell me any number of reasons you can't gain 6-8 pounds in 4-6 months naturally. :artist:

Since you have the whole summer plus a few weeks, why not go for a change of pace. Go to the diet and training forums and tell us about your goals.

By the way: The main side effect you can expect from AAS at our age is never reaching our true potential. I plan on living every day I possibly can, and I plan on being more and more jacked as I get older, slow & steady...
 
my first test cycle i put on 20lbs so if you wanna stay under 185 and your already 175 then you might get more then u want. big gains is great but if its not your goal then i prob wouldnt take it yet. im thinking your an athlete, right?

I dont think u wanna inject 1x/week, test levels fluctuate too much and aggravate sides. e3d is good
