Test C, Tren A, Winstrol and Anavar running a cycle

Hey guys, was wondering about your input on running a cycle. NOTE: not my first cycle.

Test Cyp-200mg/ml
Tren A-100mg/ml
Winstrol -25mg tabs
Anavar- 20mg tabs

Wondering when I should take each of these. Any help would be nice.
My stats are 6'2 190lbs good build been training hard for 2 years.
Bench:190
Dumbell bench:80's
Squat:300
Leg press:460
Deadlift:225
Run at least 4 miles a night

Diet: my diet will be pretty clean lot of protein and good amounts of carbs, keep the fat at a minimum, lots of meats, veggies and grains.
Also got ahold of clomid for after. Any and all info would be appreciated thanks in advance for the help.
 
What is your age and BF percentage?

And no offense but at those stats are you sure that you have ran a few cycles before? If that is the case your diet and training are not on point because your lifts reflect that lifting of a middle school student.

First off drop the running!!!!! IF you are going to be taking gear you want to be in an anabolic state....not a catabolic state.

Second get your diet and training in check before you run this cycle.

Get your strength up to at least this.

Squat 405x10
Bench 315x10
Deadlift 405x10
Leg press 800x10

THIS IS A SOLID BASE AND CAN STILL EVEN GIVE WAY FOR IMPROVEMENT BEFORE CONSIDERING AAS. EITHER WAY BUILD A BETTER BASE AND DO MORE RESEARCH BEFORE TOUCHING JUICE AGAIN. IT OBVIOUSLY HAS NOT BEEN WORKING FOR YOU IN THE PAST.

Also you will have to run prami or caber on cycle?
You do not even list out a pct?

You do not know what you are doing.
 
You need to train more naturally. 225 Deadlift in 2 yrs? Steroids is not the answer bud. Whats your age????

i try to not be too critical on people's lifting numbers but bro, these are not good at all... i find it hard to believe you have been training this long and have ran cycles in the past and that is all the more the numbers are... it just doesn't sound right... i would focus on your workouts and getting natural strength first... what is your age and body fat? cycle history?
 
Agreed! 190 bench??? Concentrate on your training more...this is not going to help you in the long run bro, we are just being realistic here.

Yeah I understand the numbers aren't good at your guy's standards but for me they're plenty, which i hope to increase with all this work. Obviously the deadlift will increase when I actually start doing it every few days. Instead of weeks in between. I'm 21 and 11% body fat my last cycle was a dbol and test p cycle.
 
21 bro? seriously and you want to run that sort of a cycle? your making such a big mistake... you need to really think twice about messing with your body the way you are at such a young age... you have so much room to grow naturally bro... be smart...
 
I agree with Dylan, you have so much potential. Don't let anyone tell you you need gear to be big or strong at 21.

You need to work on your lifts, and the more you lift, the more mass you will pack on.

Don't fuck with your hormones yet bro, I bet your natural test is as high as mine is when i'm running gear!

You definitely need to stay away from AAS given your age and also considering your numbers. You obviously aren't doing the right things diet and training wise to gain naturally, and you don't need to mess yourself up by running these things too young either.
 
You should run that cycle in 3-4 years minimum. You havent even begun to tap your natural potential yet. Go over to the store and buy as much food as you can afford and eat. If you want some extra help go to needtobuildmuscle.com and pick up some protein, creatine, and a multi. That will do wonders with a solid diet. Train the big compound lifts and eat. No steroids period.
