Test and tren log

Last pin of tren today :/ darn. But I have about 4-5 weeks of test left at 600mg. Do you guys think I will continue to gain or just maintain now since the tren is gone? I did increase the test dosage by 100mg. Weight is still between 197-198

Ok then nvm I guess we'll just find out. Strong chest day today. Went the heaviest I have in a while. I don't flat barbell bench press however I do decline barbell bench and today did 275 for 5. Heaviest day since my shoulder has been hurt. Its still kind of bothering me but not nearly as bad

You might gain some more. depends on your eating habits. Man this was a good read. I will be doing Tren A in a few months but with Test Prop instead. Good luck

I'm on test e tren e and var and Put on 1kg in the last 4 days, I'm coming up to my 5th week now and the gear is really starting to kick in nicely.
In total I am up about 3kg in the 5 weeks. Strength is creeping up and I feel amazing.
No tren sides apart from trouble sleeping at night and shortness of breath every now and then.
I think me and tren are going to be long term friends.

Tren is my favorite compound ..
 
Its definitely one of the greatest and strongest out there. Just don't do it every cycle your body needs a break from it. Haha but how long are you running it for?

That's good I would run the test two weeks longer. Im coming up to my 7th week now. My appetite is now never ending. I eat huge meals and an hour later I'm hungry!! Its great. I think the tren was suppressing my appetite

I'm going to start ramping my test dose to 750mg weekly to see how my body reacts to a slightly higher dose.

A friend of mine said its a good idea to taper down my tren dose towards the end, not sure if that's sound advice or something he made up lol, as far as I'm aware tapering is only done when harsh sides are experienced.

Well I put up 315lbs 4 times today on decline bench press! First time attempting 3 plates ever and repped it out I was pretty excited! Strength is still going up!

I wouldn't bother, you got shredded on this cycle don't risk the dbol bloat.

Save it for another cycle.

I never pyramid my Tren due to the fact that the half life is 48 hours or so. I always run Ace however if you are experiencing side effects then you should back your dose off. You should start at 75 EOD and then increase it if needed, however it is not necessary to come off.

I'm using enanthate tren, and I'm experiencing extremely mild sides at 400mg per week. I suppose I'm one of the lucky ones.

Im presuming you will be waiting 2-3 weeks for the test to clear your system before starting pct so run the dbol during this time so you can still make gains. Id do 30mg minimum. If youve got enough to run it for longer start it earlier so your last day of dbol is the day before you start pct. Hope this makes sense.

Proviron would be nice but like I said I just got the d bol for free. I was just going to do 15-20mg ed for the remaining 4 weeks. Just a low dose for a little more size and strength. But I might up it a little. Thanks for the compliments and yes I was thinking of running it up to pct while the enanthate esters are clearing. Stating it tomorrow so ill let you all know!

Well I'm up about 2 1/2 lbs since I started d bol on Saturday. I'm scared that I'm going to lose any gains I get from it during pct because I'm running it at the end :/

You might lose gains, but that'd be in spite of taking it @ the end, rather than because of it... You'll gain more muscle... and likely some water... which you'll lose in PCT...
So:
You can either:

a) Take it and see
b) Not take it

No one can really predict whether or not you will or won’t... it's all a pretty individual thing so...

What'd you think about Branch's win? In my opinion, branch is a thick bastard, definitely the most muscular of the bunch...but I feel like Wolf and Evan are so much more appealing than him. People criticize Wolf's high lat insertions but I think it makes him look like a super hero. Plus he keeps the gut in check. Branch has a huge turtle shell belly. Branch does bust his ass though so not taking anything away from him. I just would have liked to see Wolf win with Evan 2nd and Branch 3rd...oh well.

I agree I've always been a fan of symmetry and hardness rather than just massive size. Like Shawn ray. I'm a huge Evan fan I think he will win next year if he works hard at it. Dennis looks like a beast from the front with his lats. Branch definitely had the widest waist but he's just a big dude all over. His legs are unbeatable. I give him credit especially after quad surgery. I met him in October and be put on an amazing amount of size since then. He worked hard and busted out the win! So I'm glad for him. Did you see how Dexter Jackson looked?? I think he shoulda been in the top 3!!

Just a little update if anyone is still interested.. I'm up to 202 and still have abs and definition. Definitely more bulky but my strength is still going up too! I have two more weeks of dbol then I'm pcting!

Mon: legs
Tues: chest and abs
Wed: arms and forearms
Thurs: back and abs
Fri: legs
Sat: rest day
Sun: rest
