I'm really not trying to bulk up on the cycle. Tryin to keep my diet pretty clean around 3000 cals. Just wanna drop some bodyfat and gain some lean mass. Also, I have a infraspinatous/rotator cuff injury at the moment. Nothing serious but I cant do shoulders properly. Just ordered some mgf (mechano growth factor) so hopefully that will help heal it up!
