Yes I am up 5 lbs now. I had like a 4 pack when I started and now I have a decently prominent 6 pack. Also I have a lot more vascularity as I said which I'm really happy with. I'm at like 3000 cals now

Well guys I'm at my parents houses for the weekend and my mom is a health nut like me so I've been eating really clean and healthy. I'm actually still in college going for a doctorate degree got another year or so left so I'm ready to be done! But anyways I haven't weighed myself I will again on Monday when I get back in my gym. But I am very vascular now. Just relaxing at home I have veins all over my forearms and big ones that squiggle down my biceps and go up into my delts. Its looking good I'm happy so far. Arms have grown for sure. Legs and chest and back a little too but not as much. I'm really concentrating on legs and calves and forearms those are my weak points. No sides still except accccnnnneeeee bad haha. Any other comments or questions?

Ive done tren twice. It will transform your body like nothing else. I had visible abs @ 6' 3" 268 lbs. Im just one of those people that get a multitude of nasty sides from it so I leave it alone now. It is incredible tho if u can stand it. Good luck.
 
Dude I'm side free so far luckily and yes it is amazing it's shredding me up. Hey sorry Chris didn't see your comment man! But to answer your question yes I am seeing amazing strength gains. Especially on squats and DB bench presses. I'm not a fan of barbell so I do a lot of DB work. Sorry I wasn't ignoring you just didn't see it bro

Glad you're happy man! That sounds like a lot of hopes coming to fruition!

Could you give some number examples of your gains? Just curious!
 
Thanks! And sure first of all I started off at 185lbs at like 13% bf. Now I'm about 190 and I would say around 12% bf. My leg press went from 550 for 11reps to 650 for 11 reps. My DB incline press went from like 75s for 10 to 90s for 10. I was weak to start off bc of my shoulder injury unfortunately lost almost everything from my first cycle. And lastly like I said I have more ab definition and more vascularity. Anything else bro? Or from anyone else? I'm open to any questions
