Test and Tren Cycle

Hey guys

Been training properly for about 13 months now although trained kickboxing for a few years before that so I have been always interested in sport and competitive side of things and have made some good gains naturally.

My stats are 6ft - 180lbs
Bench - 200lbs (8reps)
Squat - 265lbs (8reps)
Deadlift - 265lbs (8reps)

I read the sticky and have a breakdown of my typical diet - can include meal plans if needed but essentially per day I am eating

4000 cals
carb = 400g
protein = 250g
fat = 145g

So basically C:P:F = 50:30:20%

And that includes two weight gain shakes made with peanut butter and banana etc. Just to add I feel that I am a ecto and struggle to put on mass but I do intend to step up my calories when I start my cycle and aim for 5000 lol!

My goal is to put on as much lean muscle as possible for the summer (I know I sound like a douche here!) but any advice would be much appreciated.

I know tren is generally not advised for your first cycle but I have heard good reviews and would like to make my own mind up.

Basically im looking for advice on dosages, number of injections per week and PCT dosages.

If you need any more info just ask, eagerly awaiting your responses....


*Just wanted to add - with the below statement, what are these sides I keep hearing about. Ive heard this statement so many times but never an explaination

"tren e should only be ran after you have experimented with Ace to see how you tolerate that imo. to many guys run e and dont like the sides but guess what the ester is still with you for weeks after you stop shooting it. With tren ace its gone in a few days and your back to normal feeling."
 
Brother results on cycle will directly reflect your diet as well. In order to put on mass you have to eat over maintence. You know what your maintence is so even with a test only cycle you would be just fine you dont have to through in the tren in order to get what your looking for. Tren is nothing short of amazing but it comes with a different wealth of side effects for each user like I said you should try some test and run it by itself and monitor your diet to get the results you want.
 
it depends how u react to tren like he said, me personally, it doesnt have negative effects on me weird enough, some people it feels like death...
 
Forgot to add one thing - Im 23 still young but not to young to start a cycle I feel. I do agree that the common consensus is that your first cycle should be Test alone but there has been so much "hype" about Tren and I like the fact that it promotes lean gains and almost works as a fat burner at the same time. I am 100% dedicated to this and if there are side effects I would like to think that my determination would help me overcome them.

Training routine is as follows:

Monday - Legs
Squat - 4x8
Leg Press - 3x8
Leg Ext - 3x8

a) Stiff Leg DL - 3x8 (supersetted with)
b) Leg Curl - 3*8

Caise raise - 3xfailure


Tuesday - Shoulders (weakest area imo) + Abs
a) Military Shoulder Press - 4x8 (supersetted with)
b) Lat Raises - 4x10

Upright Row - 3x10
Shrugs - 3x10

a) front raise - 3x10 (supersetted with)
b) lying rear delt fly - 3x10

Abs = weighted crunches supersetted with leg raises (3sets)


Wednesday = off


Thursday = Back/Bicep
Widegrip weighted pullups - 3x8
Deadlift - 4*8
Bent over row - 3x8
T-bar row - 3x8

a) normal pullups - 3xfailure (supersetted with)
b) barbell curls


Friday - Chest/Triceps (favourite day!)
Inc dumbbell press - 4*8
BB bench - 3*8
Inc Fly - 3*8-10
Weighted Dips - 3xfailure

a)Skullcrushers - 3*10 (supersetted with)
b)Close grip BB press - 3xfailure

Abs = weighted crunches supersetted with leg raises (3sets)

**Note - I was considering a 5day split once I started a cycle if the DOMS isnt to bad

Id run a sust at 400-500mg a week and tren ace at 75mg eod inj sust eod with the tren. Fast esters in sust and tren will give you results quick. Run for 8-10 weeks. Also diet looks fairly solid but your protein needs to increase. Your protein should be 350-400grams a day
 
Most will tell u Tren is a bad idea first cycle and they're right, but ur prob gonna do it anyway arent u :D so just make sure u run a LOW dose bro 200 - 300mg Tren E or 50 -75mg eod for Ace.. A lot of people say sides are a little milder with Tren E,, although sides are out ur system faster with Ace which is obvious... Personally i'd go With E more stable blood levels, u can run it longer and less pinning.

I'd use Cabasar with any ammount of Tren

I will let you know how the sides are and keep the thread updated if anyone is interested. If I get good results I may even post before and after pics haha! Although no doubt I will be back with questions during the cycle!

Im starting next monday as I have been off the gym for just over 2 weeks because of holidays and the flu so im doing an 80% week.

One other thing, with injections ED or EoD can you inject the same site ie Quads or do you have to change, will it be 'that' sore? Quads is the easiest access since I havent pinned before and I reckon the glutes/delts would be more akward yes? Im using 1.25inch needles if it makes a difference.
 
Prop and short esters seem to be more common for post injection pain.

I Only inject glutes. Most people prefer pinning glutes... If u do get PIP in the ass at least u can work through it, if it's not too bad... I've used some UG gear which put me out of action!

This is how my cycle looks at the minute -

Week 1-2 Test P - 100mg EOD
Week 1-10 Test E - 500mg per week
Week 3-10 Tren E - 250mg per week

Couple of questions

1) How does this look and what would you change if anything
2) Would you inject the Test and Tren at the same time?
3) What do you suggest for PCT specifically for tren - I read Nolva was very bad

Determination will NOT overcome sides! It might help you cope with it, but won't make them go away. If your so determined to stick with it don't do the tren. You have plenty of cycles to come and save it for then. Why risk getting sides and not knowing which compound gave them to you? You're only 23, and it will be your first cycle, so just stick with test and see how it goes. There's no guarantee with this stuff.

Ive decided to take your advice and drop the the tren for my first cycle and stick to 500mg Test E per week and Test P frontloading. As i said the main reason I wanted to take tren was for the fat burning properties (thermogenics), but I guess I will have to spend a few more weeks dieting properly after the Test cycle.

Do I still need to run dostinex/cabergoline on Test? Would you recommend any preventitive supplements on a pure Test cycle. I have milk thistle and cranberry extract, anything else? (Not sure if im prone or not to gyno or acne so I agree its best to start with one substance at a time to see what happens!)

I already have some acne on my shoulders, dont really have any on my face, what can I do to keep this down, not to worried about it atm but when the summer comes....argh!

Shame I already have the tren! Btw was looking to start tomorrow so if you could get back to me tonight it would be awesomo!
 
Hay Bro... I think you made a good choice dropping the tren for your first time. Most of the guys on here are giving you info for your best interest. 500 test per wk with the right diet and trainging you will be very happy.

Be aware that the first time i did test prop wasnt exactly pleasant the day after. deffinatly causes ALOT more soreness than i have ever experianced injecting and other gear. i would also deffinatly recommend injecting in the glute with prop otherwise there is a good chance you be walking a little sideways for a few days as well prop is fast acting so more pins needed .. just my 2 cents

Yeah think it will be for the better in the long run brah! Still not to sure about what PCT and anti-estrogens I should be using. I know some people take Armidex from the day they start their cycle, other are recommending you take HCG from the day you start, im pretty confused from the volume of info and different views.

What should my PCT look like

HCG? Clomid? Natural Test boosters?

Should I have any anti-estrogens on standby incase I get sides?

Out of interest darkos how much muscle mass did you put on from your cycle, how much did you manage to maintain? Would you have done anything different if you were to do it again?

U are doing 10 weeks? add hcg at week 5 250iu twice a week. Run Aromasin from day one 12.5mg eod or Adex 0.5 mg e3d and taper this down through pct.

Pct - I like Hcgenerate, Unleashed, Bridge, and a little clomid.

If u already have a little acne u may want to get some acnetame i haven't tried this yet myself but hear it works very well.

Good luck. U have the Tren sitting at home lol ur gonna be tempted to use it aren't u :)

I did my first Test Prop injection this morning, was surprised that the injection didnt hurt that much, mustnt have very many nerves in your ass haha! I havent got Adex as of yet will speak to my supplier later and hopefully he has some in stock, if not is there any problems starting it after week 1?

As for the HCGenerate, Unleashed and Bridge - what site do you order from being from the UK - (N Ireland here)

Hitting the gym tonight as got called into work early this morning, cant wait!

This is your first cycle and you want to use tren?? Tren is not a good first cycle choice by no means.
 
Yeh bro il save it for a few cycles down the line, have it sitting in the house. Can someone PM a link to the UK operation? Think I need to take A-dex?

Btw I have been reading the World Anabolic Review and they recommend tapering the Test for the last 4 weeks of the cycle? They also recommend taking Clenbuterol to block the cortisone receptors so that the athlete is able to maintain a large portion of the strength and muscle mass built up by the steriod. I've never seen this advice given on the forums, how come?

Dosages of Clen = 8-10 weeks after steriod cycle - also like this idea because it will cut me up for summer yip yip!

Not bad!!!

If you got no pain in the ass today wait till tomorrow. Pain gets worse each day and peaks at 3rd day. If you get pain at all
 
Major insomnia last night, must have slept 3 out of 8 hours. Probably not related to the test P but now I have to nap after work so I can go to the gym :s
 
Hey bros,

So glad I cut out the tren, already paranoid as fuck about potential gyno problems and hairloss..... yes I worry lol!

Hopefully my genetics are stong enough as to not be affected but who knows, at least this way I will know exactly what steriod caused it be able to treat it better.

Started taking A-dex the other day, is 0.25mg EOD a good dosage or would you recommend increasing it?

Also when do you start to feel the increased strength and recovery... my legs were so damm sore from monday I had to take an extra day off this week!
