Test and Physical Results

I havent been on here for a while...
and I have a question.

What would one expect to get from a test cycle for 12 weeks
with a diet restricted in calories 2 hour cardio and 4 times a week weights?
 
Test without enough protien is a waste of time, If you need to lose weight do it before you screw with your hormones.
