hey guys first post,
im just started taking 250mg of test and 200mg of eq per week. I know this is relatively light, but i do not want anything really drastic. My diet is awsome and i train really hard. I was wondering want kind of side effects i could expect. Any acne or anything else? gains in water weight? thanks alot in advance guys
 
sides- increased sex drive, agression, appetite, weight gain, vascularity, acne, fat loss, hair growth.

just make sure you have a solid pct in place.
 
i did a ten week cycle of deca 300mg per week which i know wasnt a good idea but the only side effect was lost sex drive for a month i gained about 9lbs. I am taking nova now all the way through and how many weeks after my last shot should i take it?? how much acne should i expect i really dont want anything noticable. I am on my second week now and am planning on running it for ten. thanks

first off deca only cycle?? the acne all depends on the person i have ran up to 1000mg test with only a few pimples and i have had friends run like 400mgs test and they broke out like no other you should read up more before doing a cycle though..

at those dosages side effects should be minimal to none.
 
diet if u see anywhere it needs improvement please let me know
1st 5egg whites 1 whole egg, i cup of white rice, whey protein
2nd half scoop weight gainer
3rd 6oz chicken breast, sweet potato
4th half scoop weight gainer
5th 6oz chicken breast, 1 cup of oats, banana
6th whey protein, bag of veggies
7th casien protein, tuna
