A guy in the gym asked me if he could do a maintence HRT level cycle to get his test levels up using test 400 at like a 1/2 cc a week...........I'm foreign to it, but I thought you guys might have an answer........
T400 will work for HRT but even .5cc hurts like hell. Plus twice weekly injections would be better than once weekly but injecting .25cc accurately is next to impossible.
I'd recommend using test enanthate instead; it's less expensive per mg of test, injections don't hurt, and he could inject .5cc twice weekly and keep his serum testosterone levels much more even over time.
You can get Depotestosterone (Testosterone Cypionate) in 100mg/mL and 200mg/mL strengths. As nyd said, injecting .25cc (.25mL) is really hard to do accurately. With the 100mg/mL DepoTest, you can inject the whole vial and be done with it.
100mg/week is putting my Test levels in the mid 600's by mid-week. Your mileage may vary.
You could...
T400 is composed of Enanthate (188), Cypionate (187), and Propionate (25) blend. But for HRT I would think it to be a poor choice all and all...(it hurts WAY too bad)
Not necessarily. Dr Swale starts patients off at 100mg/week and increases as needed depending on blood work. Based on articles he's written, some people need 200mg/week or higher just to have a high normal (free) testosterone level.
