Test 250 prohormones&protein recovery sorness reduced

Hi all, new to the board. Anyone tried test 250 yet? I got lazy and haven't worked out in over a year. Usually after just getting back in(I speak with experience I have quit many times and come back-dont ask why this isnt a lifestyle for me ive just burned myself out)I get really sore-especially more so than just from a hard workout. I was sore as hell going into my 2nd workout and almost decided not to but thought id try it. I woke up the next day with id say only about 20% of the soreness I had before. I worked out last night and even added a few sets and yes they were hard. The last reps I about bust a nut on. To my surprise today I have almost zero soreness, although fatigue is noticable. Also after ony 1 week of training id say im around 60% of previous strength levels, which is a faster recovery than ever before. So it's really hard telling whats to play here? It could be all the previous years of training are just working out this way, it could be due to the fact ive never gone on a high protein diet until this point, or could it be the test 250 that ive been on for a week? I guess it's really to early to tell, I'd say in another 5 weeks ill know for sure if somethings up or not. Have never tried anything like this before, closest probably being creatine which by the why im also currently taking about 5g of per day, only because it is added to an mrp im taking twice daily. Whatever the case I certainly like the results thus far. I know that protein is responsible for recovery in part, but can it reduce sorness in large amounts?

By Test-250 I assume you are referring to Impact Nutritions 1-Test product?

If that's the case, please don't bother with it. Impact Nutrition over inflates all their prices on everything.

Do yourself a favor and use something less expensive and just as much if not more effective. Like Ergopharm's 1-AD or 1-Test by VPX.

Oh, and BTW, soreness is not necessarily a bad thing. I tend to find that it's a good measuring stick as to whether or not you've actually worked the muscle well during your previous workout. If I'm not a little bit sore the next day it usually tells me that I didn't go hard enough during the workout.

What about when your ALOT sore? Cuz when I train I feel like I got beat down with a baseball bat haha I think when you are this sore, something to heal the muscles quicker could be very useful, for faster gains. I have yet to take anything thats done this for me though.
