I suffer from recurrent shoulders tendonitis (every couple of weeks it "reappears" and last for a few weeks then "disappear")
NSAIDs like Ketoprofen don't help anymore
I can feel that I'll have one soon
When doing flat bench press and pull-ups I have a "strange" feeling in one of my lateral deltoid
What can I do to avoid this tendonitis (apart from rest) ?
