tendon paid

when i got out of bed this morning it seemed like ever part of my body hurt. its not really the muscle but more like the tendons. my hams have felt like this for a day or so but everything else started today. could it be that i have been over training and havent noticed because of the test. or could it be somthing else. i am on a few diferent meds for allergies, like allegra d, panaz, and flonase. i was cleaning out my garage yesterday and it is very unlikely but maybe i got bit by a spider. just throwing things out here.

What are you on besides the test? WInny? It may be overtraining and if you did get bit by a spider, I take it you didn't see what bit you? ANy bite marks anywhere?

FYI black widow bites usually hurt but a typical symptom of a bite is bodywide cramping/soreness that just gets worse. Regardless, I think a day or two of rest might be in order but only you can decide that. Good luck bro.

im only on test right now. i was using dbol but stoped a few weeks ago. if it was a spider it must not have been anything major because i didnt feel any localized pain. but today it feels kinda like a bodywide soreness. a guess ill take a few days off from the weights.

Might it be the test giving you flu like symptoms?

its not really like the flu. mostly a drip. getting better now though.
