G General Sus New member Jan 13, 2004 #2 Try a supplement called Curcumin its great for that. Also advil works good before a workout too. If you want to get rid of it ask your doctor for an anti-inflamatory. 100-300 mg of Deca a week works good too

G General Sus New member Jan 14, 2004 #4 Yea you can buy a standardized curcumin pill thats alot stronger than the spice at most health food stores. Yes curcumin is one of the strongest natural anti-inflammatorys around. Comparable to cortisol.
