[here it is .Ive been a member for a while now .the advice I got was to drop some weight before I cycle . Ive been working out for over 5yrs first 3.5 in prison 5to6 day on the outs 5 days a week. Ive lost 32lbs. and now wanting to run a cycle I have deca and winni . I need advice on the deca for my first cycle how much and when and should I run it with the winni . All I have for pct is Adro gel. haveing trouble finding a good PCT. what sides should I exspect w deca. I have access to a test .What do you think???

deca/winny is a bad first cycle. Hell its not that good of a cycle at all.

i did my first and only cycle of dbol and sustanon aboiut 2 years ago, i was 31 yrs old at the time, i onlky did it for about 4 weeks and then developed chest pains, i was in such a panic that i went to hospital and had blood tests and ecgs and an ultra sound on my heart, all showed up normal, any chance that i could have damaged my heart in them 4 weeks?.. also get headaches, had a ct scan and mri done on my brain and that was normal too.. could steroids be causing this even tho i never touched them again sine 2 years? i still get chest pains now, the pain is usually in my pectoral muscle area, it comes and goes.. any advice what this could be?

At first yes. Many people get attacks like that from aas. AAS can also work threw your nero transmitters raise other hormones and give you problems like that.

Could it be the aas that is still doing it? I would say know. Do not be afraid to ask your doctor though.

ok well i want to do a deca sust and dbol cycle but i dont want to take to much of it but right now i have it set at 750 sust a week and 600 deca a week because i want to keep the deca lower than the sust.

i want to make it lower i just dont know how i mean my deca is 300mg so 2 ml is 600mg i just dont know how to break that up if i were to lower the sust to 500 and have my deca lower.

300mg of deca a week is plenty bro. Just one shot a week. It has a 10 day half life.
