this is not exactly cycle related but the problem happens more in cycle.
how the hell can muscle measurements slow up to 3/5 inch due to hydration/sleep during cycle??? retraction
i remember not drinking enough water at all and then not sleeping for 24 hours, my arms shrank 3/5 inches !!! but you woke up leaner when you did sleep
second question for how long after a cycle you lose muscle mass and strength ( someone who hasn't reached genetical limits )?? in any instance of catabolism or calorie deficiency
