I did it for a short while (3 months) less than a year ago. It was alright, I didn't feel I was stimulating growth...just strength. My main goal is size, if I get stronger so be it.. I just don't know enough to know what a good routine for my goals is.. Now on AAS it feels like what I have been doing is not cutting it..

[here it is .Ive been a member for a while now .the advice I got was to drop some weight before I cycle . Ive been working out for over 5yrs first 3.5 in prison 5to6 day on the outs 5 days a week. Ive lost 32lbs. and now wanting to run a cycle I have deca and winni . I need advice on the deca for my first cycle how much and when and should I run it with the winni . All I have for pct is Adro gel. haveing trouble finding a good PCT. what sides should I exspect w deca. I have access to a test .What do you think???
