Managing my carbs mainly, I used a lot of literature from Lyle McDonald.. I did PSMF, CKD, The Anabolic Diet, suggestions from Burn the fat Feed the muscle...then my own variations of all of that.. It took me about 1.5 years to get to 215lbs.. It sounds slow, but I went from a lazy ass LOOKING dude, to looking like I've been at this for years. I maintained there (215) for the last year working out, eating somewhat more normal. I recently (2 months ago) ran about 10000mg of DNP over the course of 25 days. This totally made me a new person. When I finished dropping the water I was at 198. I was 189 when I started getting fat in 2000. So at 215 I was already looking very fit and lean but I had some mid section fat and on the inner thighs.. DNP burned that right off.. I'm a rare case though, I feel GOOD on DNP.. My work outs were almost as hard as they are now On cycle. I am not sure how much weight was added, but I am sure I put on a lb or 2 of lean mass while on the DNP. I have a funny body type...if you would have seen me in a tank top and beach shorts you would think I'm a monster with how lean and thick I am at the shoulders/back and legs.. But my chest was flat/undeveloped, and my belly was pouty and my love handles were very graspable! Btw, at 198 I looked like I was sick.. My face was all wrinkly n shit.. lol..
Dedication (not motivation), education, and execution bro.. I wouldn't ever drop a plan I'm on without having one to switch to.. I don't ever want to revert to my ways back in circa 2002-03..
I have pics but general fun pics you know, doing shit with friends and fam. I started keeping pictures from the DNP run, and now that I am on cycle. I look like a new person, or rather half of my old self..
