technical music help needed!

I am trying to figure out how to fade two mp3 songs together with a voice over in the middle as a transition for posing musice to be used in only 2 weeks!

I am a newbie to music mixing and if I could get one of the following I'd be relieved:

A. Someone who can make the mix for me if I tell you what I want. I'm willing to give compensation for a professional job. Please contact me ASAP if you are qualified.

B. More help on software packages that can assist me.

what software are you using? your best bet is to find a chatroom about mixing and ask one of those people there

im assuming this is for some class that you gotta get it done for, otherwise you wouldnt be as frantic =) do you know how to use IRC? Im sure they have some mixing chat rooms

What you need to do would only take a few minutes.

If you have the voice-over already recorded it'll be easy. Otherwise I asume you need to mike it.
