im going to give gwp a shot... i haven't used them before but the sale is sweet and so far their feedback is good so im going try them out! plus you gave me a strong recommendation as well...

Quick question Dylan. I know you're planning on running this on a bridge but would it be beneficial to run on a cycle to help with recovery and maybe prevent injuries from fatigue muscles and ligaments?
absolutely... it would be good to run it anytime but im all for anything that can give me an edge when im off cycle

This stuff sounds great. Does it just reconstitute with bac water? Going to use gwp because if the sale that us going on.
