I’m starting my PCT on Monday and I am getting some ink done on Tuesday. I won’t be able to work out for at least 9 -14 days while I’m healing what do you guys recommend doing so I don’t shrivel up into a little turd?

make sure your diet is spot on. Its PCT so you need to eat above maintenance cals, but make sure it's clean. Just out of curiosity, where's the tat and how big? I only have a small one of my leg cus I compete. I've always wanted more ink tho...

I think I gave my last tatt a couple days to heal and not only hit the weights went to jiu jitsu and even rolled for an hour....no damage done.

Why would you not workout, and why would you even do anything to interupt your working out while on PCT? You should just wait to get the tatoo after PCT.

my tattoo only hurt for about 3 hours after and it was on the back of my tricep. pretty sensitive spot. after that i forget it's there. hehe. either you got one hell of a tattoo or your a pussy :/

I have a lot of tats...actually got my entire right arm done from wrist to shoulder over the lasr few months. At the most, I waited 3-4 days...no need to wait two weeks, in my opinion.

dude, work around it..

unless you're getting a big tattoo that covers your back.....(and in that case, for that amount of money you should re-schedule it for another time after your PCT)......you should be able to work around it. for example if you get one on the top of your back-do front squats instead of regular squats. if you got a tattoo on your chest, do dumbbell bench presses instead of a bar.....and so forth...
