With that being said - I have a question for those bold enough to answer.
I am a pretty big chick and have always had a heavy flow. Pads were never an option so it's been tampon city for me. When i lift heavy - the flow seems to last for about 5 days instead of seven, but when I do more cardio [twice a day] than lifting I bleed like a stuck pig.
Anyone else notice a change in their period depending on the amount of lifting they do? I get less clots with the heavy liftng as well.
Example of heavy: 1 Super Plus tampton every 1/2 hour the second and third day. First, fourth and fift day about every two hours.
I'm almost six foot, somewhere around 215 #'s and 15 % bf. Maybe the extra weight has something to do with it...
Any suggestions? Comments? Coupons? LOL
