Can this be used as an AI for is it for anti gyno only. I understand that it helps alleviate water retention. what are your thoughts?

You need an aromatase inhibitor.

I know they are the same thing. what i am asking is that everything i read says that nolva reduces water retention and can be taken during the cycle. is thi true or what would you recomend for the water retetion?

arimidex @ .5mg E4D or bump it up to 1mg.
