Taller People on this board, what are your stats??

6'6 220 10-13% bf age 19

I cant gain weight for shit, but since I play basketball gaining weight is not my main goal here

I put around 50lbs on my bench in past 3 or so months and I'm happy with that. cleans, deads, and all that have also all gone up, except squats. I can't do fuckin squats, my knees are killing me right now because of squats, I had that no pain no gain atittude, never again. I'm Just gonna stick to squat machine that has less stress on your knees and leg presses.

a good pro bball player told me to do ride a bike for at least an hour everyday if I want my legs to fill out. Going full speed, in the hill and stuff like that
 
6'3'' but a 6'6'' wing span so my arms looks kinda small :(


right now wieght is 228 lbs @ 7-8 % bf

would like to get to 5-6 % @ 230 by octoboer some time

any one notice it is harder to have awsome abs if u are quite tall?


meaning... not the leaness part but the shape and symmetery of them
 
I dont know if I am tall, 6'1@ 245-50 im at somewhere around 10% I think. I am on a cutting cycle and trying to get that bf to 7-8%, we'll see....
 
My diet is as follows.
4 eggs cooked with butter with a slice of whole wheat bread (with jelly and butter)1st off in the morning
8oz yogart with more whole wheat bread with more jelly and butter (2 hours later)
2 burritors (cheap ones from albersons) around lunch time or what ever left overs on in the frig.
Dinner is either a 1/2 lb of chicken or beef with a side salad, bread and maybe a beer.
Before bed I eat 1/4 to 1/5 of a half gallon of ice cream.
Then about midnight I eat a bannana or a yogart.

I switch off on the bread types, like whole wheat, sour dough, or potato.

Thats what Ive been eating now for about a week and a half. I just upped the extra egg in the morning and the extra yogart in the day. The yorgart helps me with the tummy issues of eating alot of food.
