There are a couple good ones, I prefer Prolab and MetRX, They both sport creapure which is the purest and made by SKU (largest creatine manufacturer) in Germany.
2)when to take it
If your going to load;
Load @ 3 doses a day for a week.
Continue @ 2 doses a day for the remainder of the cycle which will be 4-8 weeks or whenever results halt.
Split doses up during the day, try for 1 every 12 hours.
Follow 15 minutes after with 50/50 carb/protein drink for a insulin spike equiv = 96g dextrose.
3)how long to expect results
After muscles are saturated.
Different people have diff times, I notice change within the first 2 weeks in recovery.
