Taking sustanon permanently?

I have low testo and I've been thinking of taking sustanon for years/indefinitely even if it shuts down my own (low) production. Some guy told me he had taken 250 every two weeks for years to keep his testo levels good and had experienced no problems.

However afaik sustanon can cause gyno for some people. Should you take clomifene or nolvadex at the same time to make sure that you prevent it? If so, at which point, how often and at what dose?

Aromatase inhibitors are not an option, according to some genetic test I have a 4x chance of adverse effects when using them.

I don't think serms are the best choice. An AI is what is needed. Some genetic test? What test was that?

And 250 sust every two weeks isn't smart. The mix of short esters makes that pointless to keep stable levels.

You can download raw data from 23andme if you have your results there and upload it on promethease to get results regarding your genes and the studies that have been done with those genes in people, and risk factors.

Also sustanon is used in HRT once very 3 weeks as an official guideline for doctors (at least here in Finland), although I don't know if something else is also prescribed in HRT regimens where sustanon is involved.

Thanks. If you take AIs in order to prevent gyno, at which point and how often should it be taken and at what dose?

Not starting this yet, just collecting some info.

i use 150mg of test e year round and dont use an AI. you may need a very low dose like 0.25 e3d but youll need blood work to figure that out

I use 140mg test cyp a week. And 0.5mg arimidex twice a week was too much. Now I'll see what 0.5mg once a week does.

I agree the short esters make it impossible to keep levels ssteady.

Correct you can use eth or cyp they are very similar.
