taking creatine and glutamine??

ya ur rite ... taking both creatine and glutamine is bad and useless.. because both try to do the same process and there happens a deadlock situtation .. glutamine blocks creatine's way and vice versa.. so take 5 grams of glutamine before workout and afterwork out and take creatine after half n hour of glutamine intake ie. after work out if ur taking glutamine at 7'0 clock then take creatine at 7:30........
 
I'm going to be taking L-glutamine but it's more for health than working out. I have IBS and L-glutamine is said to possibly help. As for working out, creatine and whey is all you need.
