Taking Body Measurements?

Is there a site that explains the proper way/places to take body measurements? Thanks......Supertech

such as arms, chest, quads,calves etc.... I usually go to the largest part of the area but, I would like to see if that's the standard thing to do.

id like to know the official way to measure waist too.
arms is pretty simple just have the measure tape make 90 degrees to the humerus and measure tight, but without compressing anything around the biggest point

Does it matter as long as you're consistent on where you measure?
