Taking Animal Stak(not pak)

Got a can from a friend who had a couple cans left.. not expired yet either.
anyway, took some today but had a LOT of trouble taking them down.. I'm not a big dude by any means, and some of these pills look like horse pills to me. Any of you know if its ok if i just grind some of these pills up into my shake or water?

do NOT grind the pills up.
That is because they are coated in a special delivery/timed-release formula, and by grinding them you are destroying the delivery system.

Try taking one at a time, then next day 2 at a time... until you can take all at the same time.
I swallow an 11-pill animal pak all at once

yea try what erik said...also u can buy a pill splitter if that will help

thanks for the advice.. i'll do what i can.. dont wanna waste this can especially since its out of production now. hopefully i'll get something from this.
