taking an AI on shot days?

are you an advocate of using an AI on cycle no matter what (even if no gyno symptomes occur)?

i am just starting week 5 on monday, of my 500mg/wk, and i have a-dex on hand but havnt started taking any. im on the fence of taking "precautionary AI" vs waiting untill its absolutely necessary

It's up to you - everybody's affected differently by steroids. I know I need one on test cycles, but I'd only take tiny doses, like 0.25mg adex ED or even less.

If you don't get gyno, you're better off not taking an AI IMO. A bit more estrogen=good if you can handle it.
