Taking a crap has been crappy lately, i need advice.

Please feel free to make any jokes you deem necessary but i'd like to get some serious advice too. For the last week or so taking a shit has not been fun, i need to go way more frequently and they're a bit messy.

I'm taking a bunch of supplements that are really helping me look good, but at a cost. CLA, protein powder, glutamine, glucosamine, vit b, c, e, multi, and zinc. I'd prefer not to cut one or more of these out and instead add whatever is needed to get me less regular.

any advice will be appreciated!
 
Have you checked your symptoms against those of lactose intolerance? The protein powder may be the culprit. Try eliminating (pun) that first, then the others one at a time.
 
a nice, hot, spicy, greasy 4 piece chicken dinner (with red beand & rice) from Popeyes's always cleans me out good about 12 hours after injesting it.
 
If I understand correctly he is going more often and they are not the most solid stools he's had lol. Seriously, I get the same problem right after I take a recovery drink called blue thunder after w/o's. I think your body is just not absorbing all or one of the supplements enough. It sounds as if it's passing through your system very quickly. I get this with BT drinks and I think it's just cause my body isn't using all of it and just dumping it out about 3hrs later.
 
My best guess as to your problem is (as previously stated) lactose intolerance. You can buy digestive enzymes for this at pharmacies and many grocery stores which may cure the situation.
