Every month or 2 I take a fews days off from the gym to rest and keep my body from overtraining.
My question is, with cycles being 10 - 12 weeks long, can you train throughout the cycle without taking a break? I know AS improves recovery time so maybe you can do this?
Also, do any of you take a break during the cycle, and if so, how many times and how long do u do it for?
