Tabata?

Anyone ever try tabata for cardio? I'm going to start doing tabata instead of regular HIIT for my cardio on sundays starting tomorrow/today depending when you read this. I'm gonna be doing bodyweight jumping squats(jump forward and squat down while swinging your arms in a curl motion. Jump backwards as you stand back up with your arms crossing at your chest).

Just wanted to know if anyones tried it and what your results were? Hoping it helps kick my fat loss into a little higher gear! :)
 
they work. burn lots of cals and really get your wind up.

burpees are good. burpee box jumps, mountain climbers.. anything really can be done

how long are you gonna go.. how many rounds etc etc

i would just advise you ease into it a bit.
