Wait wait wait...hold up.

You have lats, triceps, delts, and I even see signs of abs and obliques. How is that possible...don't you train for strength and agility???? ;)

Your GM's look good man...freaking good.

Stairs looked solid as well...you are in good shape too.

You need a little work on the kegs though...you can easily cut 2 seconds off per keg if you do it right. Place them so that the handles on the keg are in a straight line pointing towards the finish line. As you are running to the keg, put your right hand out towards the keg and let it HIT the back handle and grab it...this will also cause the front end of the keg to come up. Quickly bend down and grab the bottom of the keg.

Now you have each end of the keg (which will make it easier/more efficient) and you should be able to save 1-2 seconds per keg carry. If it doesn't make sense...I'll take pics tomorrow night.

What do your kegs weigh?

Dude,
The gms did look good. I tried to watch your event videos but the school's internet is not performing as should be. Keep Rocking Chief!!!!!

clint i think i understand what you mean about the kegs. not sure about how much they weigh...I have water in them if that means anything.

strength and agility? i only train biceps

cheese- thanks man! you are looking good yourself. you have no idea how much i liked the 1k tire flip video of you...awesome stuff. i bet you were proud

What is the radius and thickness of the keg? It's possible to figure out their weight frm these measurements

A keg full of water is between 160-170 lbs.
