Yeah, I started reading this and thought, "Fonz is back?! Wtf? What is this 2003?" lol. I've been around here for a damn long time now, less often now. But, that threw me for a time loop for a minute...
Hell yeah! I'm using t3 during a bulk with great success! I do this... 25mcg/50mcg/75mcg/50mcg/25mcg up and down from day to day... I know it may seem stupid because in order to grow you have to eat more calories than you burn and t3 speeds up your motab like crazy! But I have a slow metabolism and put on fat easy if I don't write everything down and eat very lean and clean like chicken, oats, sweet potatoes, ezekial bread, veggies, ect... But now I'm enjoying pb and banana sans, extra post-work out carbs (cocoa puffs blended with vanilla or chocolate whey & ice is bomb! and no fat in generic walmart cocoa puffs!) staying lean and adding mass! I've never been able to eat so many carbs its crazy! I believe the body processes carbs a lot faster on t3 so or those flat and not getting a pump with t3, up the carbs! I was the same way.... I went from avg. 150 carbs to 350+ a day I know its not many carbs for most people but like I said I put on fat easy... But hell yeah t3 with a bulk is the way to go if you wanna enjoy your meals and keep your abs!
A LOW DOSE T3 can acutally help you bulk if used correctly.
But if youre looking to just keep some fat off while bulking, I would look into a cortisol blocker like Lean Xtreme, a stimulant like OxyElite Pro, or a targeted fat burner like Alpha-T2
not during bulking, but tried it while cutting once and it didnt do shit. (well, maybe it did but it wasn't significant compared to what i could have done on my own with a lil extra work IMO)
