Holy cow! Taking t3 on a bulking cycle 'to keep the fat down' is like hitting yourself in the head with a hammer because it feels so good when you stop!!!
If you don't want to get fat.. Don't eat so damn much!
This amazes me.. Guys will pile on an extra 6000 calories to 'bulk' but then do cardio to 'keep fat down.'
I have a hell of a lot easier way to do the same thing...
Simply take a portion of the extra food you've eaten and flush it directly down the toilet... now, spend more time in the weight room instead of the aerobics room.
