Do you think it is worthwhile to includre t3@ 25-50mcg/day while on a growth phase to take care of the extra calories and minimise fat gain? I wouldnt call it a bulk because im not interested in weight but moreso in quality gains.
I am doing that right now. It feels as though it's helping me utilize more of the nutrients i'm taking in and helping cut BF%. 25mcgs/ed soon I will bump to 50mcgs.
i am taking it on a 750sust/600eq, taking it 6 weeks right in the middle, then following it up with t-bol, to finish. It is already taking off fat. At 75 now, but am lossing a little strength, but its ok I want to be sexy.
a buddy of mine is using 12.5 ed. he says he loves it and he feels like he can take in more food and still get all the nutrients. he also has a tendency to put on fat easily and likes it because it keeps him lean.
ive always beens scared to death of thyroid stuff but i may try it next run.
Personally i like to take it down to say 12,5mcg for at least 4 days before stopping. Kicking it of at 25 is no problem tho. Im at 25mcg now.No plans to go any higher and it seems to be doin wonders for me.

Been up to 100mcg/day while cutting.Will not go any higher than that as i dont see the need. For my current goal the 25mcg seems perfect. First time ive tried this. Have seen some discussion here about it and thought id give it a run. Im thinking i too will make this a regular part of my gaining phase.
