T3 or Clen

I am currently on Super test 450 at 1.5cc a week.

I am packing on the size but fat is coming as well.

I want to run either t3 or clen

What do you guys think?

T3 dosage would be this:

50mcg for 30 days

Is this enough to see any type of results?

I usually run clen at 40 ramping up to 100 then back down to 40 for 2 weeks then come off
 
Are you running an AI?
Large dose to cut at. I'd continue to bulk and then add some Clen and/or T3
near the end with a thermo like adderllin (not an ephedra type product if using Clen as they use the same receptor) and drop the test down to atleast 1ml a week.
Maybe throw in tren and/or winny for those last few weeks as well.
 
And most importantly I'd wanna hear your diet!!!
Those abs in my picture are from what I stated above and a keto type diet.
 
Diet as of today: (same bascially every day or close to it)

545am-2 eggs and cheese sandwich

630am-1 110 cal 22g protein shake

830am- 1 cup dry oats

1030am-4oz chicken with lettuce no dressing

1230-4oz chicken with lettuce no dressing

230--1 110 cal 22g protein shake

4-gym

6-chicken beef pork or sasuage with rice or pasta with veg

8-same thing as 6 just another serving

1030-1 110 cal 22g protein shake

3zma pills before bed
 
u need more protein. u also need to cycle ur carbs. First meal of the day should look more like this if u want to lean up.

8 egg whites 1 whole egg ommelette. 1 cup dry oatmeal

before the gym add in 6oz's of yam or sweet potato.

After the gym take some fast absorbing carb like white rice, grits, or white potatoes. Some fruits are also good. Along with this drink ur protein shake but ramp it up to about 40-50g of protein.

dinner is really all wrong for a cutting diet. That is a recipe for bulk and mass. If you want to lean up do 7oz's of turkey fish or chicken with steamed veg no added oils or fats. NO SAUSAGE lol. no pasta.

when I say cycle carbs u should do every day like the one I said above except on every 3rd day ramp up your carbs. U can have an extra yam meal or perhaps a pasta meal if thats what you like but really this is only once per 3 days and its only to give your metabolism a kick in the ass. once per week u should do a cheat meal where u can have as much dinner/dessert as you want but this is only on an ultra low carb day. the whole day eat no carbs except for the oatmeal in the morning. at night eat as much dinn and dessert as you want. This will get your metabolism going nutz. good luck.

You can also do a keto deit as well as stated above but you will be relying on your anabolics to keep your size on as keto dieting can flatten you out hardcore. Im not a fan of it and I feel a diet like the one I just wrote out is overall much healthier and well balanced.

Protein shakes are fine but real food is always better. keep that in mind.
 
Yeah bro.. switch that diet and listen to the other advice I outlined for you and you will put yourself in a postion to get the results you want.
 
Run some adex with ur test, test blends tend to blow you up with water quickly. Great for size and strength but with no AI, likes the guys said, you may find it hard to stay lean. Provirion maybe a good option as that always works well with test, im not a winny fan but that also can have similar effects and along with provirion, stacks well with test.

Youyr question about clems or t3: answer = use both together.
 
Can you outline what my diet should look like?

You should do some research, learn for yourself what is best. Google bro its your friend. Search carb cycling, high gi carbs, low gi carbs, protein and fat sources. Find your daily calorie intake and put a say 200 cal deficit on it, come up with a diet and then post it, then some bros can help you tweak it!
Your better off learning for yourself rather then having everything layed out for you then that way you will have that knowledge with you for the future my man
 
mm345 i kinda did outline ur diet for you.... did i not?

im not going to tell u times etc because i dont know your schedule but meal one should be as listed above. Here, heres a pretty decent outline of a hardcore cutting diet but you can loosen it up as it fits your needs.
Low carb training day
Meal 1
1 c oatmeal w cinnamon
1 whole egg
8 egg whites

Meal 2
7 oz grilled turkey breast or extra lean ground turkey and vegetables steamed no oil or added fat

Meal 3
Same as meal 2

Meal 4 before workout meal
7 oz turkey with 6 oz yam

Meal 5 right after training
2 packs of instant grits w 1.6 scoops of isolyze or 7 ounce of turkey

Meal 6
7 oz of fish or tuna with steamed vegetables

Low carb non training days
Same as low carb training days but replace grits with vegetables. If ur really starving u can have two tbs of peanut butter w meal 4 or 5 on this day only. And increase all ur meat and fish meals to 8 oz this day and add 2 egg whites to ur egg meal.

Medium carb day
Meal 1
Same as always

Meal 2
Same protein as always but add 7 oz yam

Meal 3
Same as always

Meal 4 before workout
Same as always but have 7 oz of yam instead of 6

Meal 5
After workout same as always

Meal 6
Same as usual

Hi carb (w cheat meal)

Do the same day as low carb non training day but no peanut butter. Last meal of day eat as much food and desert as you want.

Notes
On 1-2 low carb days a week have a filet mignon, london broil or 93 ercent lean ground beef 7 oz worth. substituted for any of ur meals. Don't do the steak and pb on same day if your gonna just do one tbs and def not same meal! You can sometimes sub in chicken for turkey but only once a day max. You can use fish as a substitute whenever you want but it'll make you more hungry. Try to do atleast 30 min of cardio everyday empty stomach first thing in morning and 30 min after training.

Sat- low carb
Sun-low carb
Mon- medium carb
Tuesday-low carb
Wed-medium carb
Thursday-low carb
Friday-high carb cheat
