Im about to start clen for a show, used AAS before, not a newbie... im wanting to throw in just a little T3...but everyone who i know is saying its too catabolic and will eat away muscle? Ok, but then about how much protien a day are we talking you need to eat to not become catabolic? 300grms?400grm? for a 215 individual whos at 10%bf..., oh if i use insulin(have used alot before) or IGF which im seriously considering closer to show time.. how will the T3 affect it??? or will it even?
