t3 cycle this what i was thinking

this cycle was given to be buy i good bro here at elite what do the rest of you think first t3 run i will be running prop and npp with it.


Days 1,2: 50mcgs
Days 3,4: 75mcgs
Days 5-18: 100 - 125mcgs
And HERE IS THE CRITICAL STAGE:
The SLOW taper. This is CRITICAL so that TSH levels
are allowed to adapt to the dosage so that there is no crash.
Days 19-22 : 125mcgs (or 100 depends on your max)
Days 23-26 : 100mcgs
Days 27-30: 75mcgs
Days 31-34: 50mcgs
Now, SUPER-SLOW(TSH will be VERY sensitive to ANY T3 now)
Days 35-41 : 37.5mcgs
Days 42-48 : 25 mcgs
Days 49-56 : 12.5 mcgs
8-weeks total.

what kind of diet should i be on ?

All I will say is why bother with T3. A total waste of $$$ when you will most likely be able to chalk you weight loss up to the fact that you have lost more muscle mass than fat.
 
Latamier even if taking a test with it.wont it help me to save the muscle loss and just shed the body fat?
 
To some degree it will, but still not worth it once you look at the pros and especially cons. I honestly think an ECA stack or even some clen is 100 times better. An ECA stack is 100times cheaper also.
 
well i have tried the clen it does not work for me i got up to 200mcs a day
and did not get shit and they were real.eca works pretty good but i thought i would give the t3 a shot i have 200 tabs my diet is check thats what pisses me off.i just do not shed the fat very well.
 
yeah i'm not a fan of t3 either.

a must when taking hgh but for fat loss purposes i can think of 3 much better options.
 
well..

we'll start with an e/c stack.
taken 2 days on/2 days off.

then you have the fina/winny/clen/b12 run.
an effective way to burn fat.

last but most certainly not least is my favorite all time cutting agent:
DNP.

400mg a day for 2 weeks will lean you down faster than anything else!

the above 3 options (well maybe not the dnp one) are rather safe is taken in moderation. at 400mg a day, dnp should NOT be problematic although i strongly recommed starting with a super low dose to test for any allergic reactions.

t3, though effective at fat loss, will also chew away hard earned muscle.
and playing with your thyroid isnt a joke either..
there IS a remote chance that it wont recover!!
that means taking t3 for life!!!!

bottom line: ITS ALL ABOUT CARDIO/LOW CALS.
 
The easiest way to loose fat is to eat a lot less food. It's hard in the beginning but as you develop the habit of very small and somewhat infrequent meals you will no longer go hungry and fat will start to melt off. I use hunger as a measure, in where i logically look at the food i eat and decide that it was enough to sustain me and stop. I usually walk away slightly hungry, in a week or 2 those ammounts that left me slighly hungry are now very filling, so i repeat. Then every 2 weeks comes the 1 cheat day, but guess what, i can't eat too much as my stomach has shrunken by so much. I swear this works miracles. 3-4 months of this and you wil strip fat off like you will not believe.


PS.
This is my instinctive method for portion/calorie controll, i am well aware of the importance of macro and micro nutrient proportions required for bodybuilding but use this very simple method with GREAT sucess. No complicated calorie counting, no food measuring just DISCIPLINE, because in the end it's discipline that accomplishes everything.
 
even if someone messed up their thyroid via synthetic T3, staying a lifetime on T3 would not be so bad, would it?

i mean, T3 is cheap as hell.....???
