T3 + Clen Cycle

Hey,

I want to do this cycle without any anabolics only clen and T3, what do you think about this kind of cycle, somebody tried here to do this without test or anything like this? I afraid from massive muscle loss....

Day 1-5 Clen 40mcg / T3 25mcg
Day 6-9 Clen 80mcg / T3 50mcg
Day 10-14 Clen 100mcg / T3 50mcg
Day 15-30 EC 60/400 / T3 25mcg

T3 4 week off at this time EC/Clen 2 weeks each

What are your stats we all need them to determine if its the right cycle for you in terms of dosage.
 
I`m 5"10 220lbs ~18% BF (10%BF goal)
I think its good but whats yout diet like you need to intake alot of carbs especialy if doing a lot of cardio and being on cytomel/ clen i would take double the amount of carbs that should help fight muscle lose. Any more questions im here to help.

Doubel the carbs to try to lose fat and keep muscle? When he's at 18% BF?

Ummm, no. Absolutely not.

If you are really worried about muscle loss just run Clenbuterol however I do have to agree with Buffguy you should post your diet up in the diet section and let's see if we can help you loose some weight with adjusting it first, and not running Clenbuterol.
 
Let's see that diet.

At 18% BF, you should be able to get down to 12-14% pretty easily without anything.
not necessarly we have no clue what his medical history is or if he has any condtions we do not know about such as a thyroid problem or a heriditery disorder. Also everyone is different bro which makes it immpossible to judge the amount of carbs or proteins he should intake or for that matter in utter freakness we dont know the amount of calories he should intake either. So with that said there is no way to be sure that he can get down from 18 percent body fat to 12 percent as quick as he wants without useing some drug. However i see where your coming from i think what you said is smart because nobody should rely on drugs, becasue drugs are just aids and when you use them improperly your body can go in a panic. For example the thyroid hormone he is talking about takeing if he does not take it properly and intakes to much it could tell his thyroid, woah he already have to much on bored dont manufacuture any more is the same thing with performance enhancing drugs such as any anabolic steroid. But still you cant tell him bro that he can get down to 12 percent from 18 percent in the time he wants plus you dont even know his diet????

"SHOULD" is the key word there. "Should" indicates that he is most likely an average person and any average joe can diet to 12%(and even lower) without using anything but good dieting.

If he has pre-existing conditions that hinder him losing fat, then he needs to see a doctor, not take some hardcore drugs.

my diet splits:

Protein: 200g
Carbs: 150g
Fat: 55g
Calories: 1900

my routine FBW X 3/week
cardio 40 X 5/week (200min overall in 1 week)

I did EC stack last year and got from 20%BF to 12%BF, now i started 20% again and i`m stuck so i thought about this stack which can help me.
I don`t have any medical problems, this isn`t my first cut i was 40% BF and got down to 10%BF but my bulking routines always get me to ~20%BF no matter what (even in 100% clean diet), I suppose this is my BF set-point or something (around 18%).

Diet wise I suggest carbs only meal 1, pre/post workout only. I stick with oats, sweet potato and eziekel bread. Besides that take carbs down to .5 x bw. Push veggies, I don't count kcals from them. Finally lean protein up to. At least 1.5 x bw.

can anyone tell me what is the best cycle for t3 and clen? please please help i need to lose some weight want to start using t3 and clen together but i dont even know how to start
 
I would suggest you educate yourself on these compounds before taking them.

What's your age, hieght, wieght, bodyfat, diet, lifting experience, goals??
 
Is it true that the simulation between EC and clen (2 on/ 2 off) can damage beta receptors? what about taking nytol in week 3 to maintain my beta receptors...?
