I just completed week 5 of my 7 week cut, after which I am going to do a 3 week lean bulk and/or go back to maintenance calories. I did 2 weeks without any supplements and the last 3 weeks with an ECY stack. I feel as if I might be getting diminishing returns now after 3 weeks on the ECY (it might still be working and I just might not feel the side effects as much or it isn't working as well as it could). The plan was to do 4.5 weeks of ECY, 1 week of hydrazide (to cut out the water and get as lean as possible at the end of the cut), then 3 weeks of t3/clen to lose more bodyfat/prevent fat gain when going back to maintenance and/or bulk.
I have a few options and was wanting some opinions on them.
1: stick to the original plan of finishing the last 1.5-2 weeks of ECY then start t3/clen for my lean bulk/maintenance
2: stick with ECY for the last 2 weeks while adding in T3 for the 2 weeks and keeping it for 5 weeks (adding clen for the last 3 when i start the lean bulk)
3: drop ecy now and start t3 for 2 weeks then add in the clen for the 3 week lean bulk
4: drop ecy now, run clen now for 5 weeks (w/ ketofimen or adding benydryl every night on the 3rd week), while adding in the t3 for the 3 week lean bulk
5: drop ecy now, run clen/t3 for 5 week straight w/ clen 2 on 1 off 2 on.
Also, I have a question about diet on T3/clen. Is a keto diet (Which I have been on with the ecy) good to use on t3? I've read that high protein/moderate carbs/low fat is best on clen and that I need to up my protein intake quite a bit on t3 since it increases protein conversion. So would carb cycling or keto be more beneficial on T3 alone? (i already plan to carb cycle when using clen or both t3/clen).
Final note: when I run t3, I am only going to dose at 20mcg and only up to 50mcg at absolute tops since I am not on any anabolics
