T3 at low dose for bulking

Ok I'm bulking right now and will be for a long time but I don't want to go crazy with the fat gain. I added some T3 starting yesterday at 7.5mcg/day. I immediately feel more energy and its making me wonder if my thyroid wasn't performing correctly before. Anyways just wanted to see some experiences with similar doses and how long it was run and such. Also since the dose is low enough as to not suppress my natural thyroid function can I run this for as long as I want?

You may have a low thyroid to start with. The best thing to do would have been to have your thyroid tested and see where you were at. You can run 25 mcgs/day for months and come off with no problems. At 7.5 mcgs/day, it's just a placebo effect. Try the 25 mcgs/day and see how it goes.
 
Sounds good I'll give it a shot. But theres a good t3 faq floating around on here somewhere I think and on ology and it says that the dose to keep natural thyroid function up is between 6.25 and 12.5mcg daily. I'll do some mroe research and give it a shot at 25mcg though. Any word from someone who has done it?????

That is correct but increasing to 25mcg shouldn't be a major problem but at 12mcg your safe. I use 12.5mcg per day and it does give you a boost and speeds up fat burning... At this low dose you can run for months without worries and no need to taper off...
