A quote from the CME book on Thyroid hormones is as follows “ and they acted synergistically to increase the rate of lean tissue growth during mass gaining periods…if used correctly”. A following statement also caught my attention “….those using Creatine supplementation with T-3 had the highest creatine stores.
With these two thoughts in mind, I wondered if anyone was using T3 for it’s anabolic, hunger generating effect rather than for fat loss / pre contest?
I was thinking of using:
EQ 500mg
Creatine
T3 (low dose)
For 10 weeks
I therefore wonder what amount of T3 should be used, I’ve read 50mcg daily, but is this too much? I gather the EQ + Creatine will counteract loss of lean muscle mass.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated
