T3 and Eq for gains

A quote from the CME book on Thyroid hormones is as follows “ and they acted synergistically to increase the rate of lean tissue growth during mass gaining periods…if used correctly”. A following statement also caught my attention “….those using Creatine supplementation with T-3 had the highest creatine stores.

With these two thoughts in mind, I wondered if anyone was using T3 for it’s anabolic, hunger generating effect rather than for fat loss / pre contest?

I was thinking of using:

EQ 500mg
Creatine
T3 (low dose)

For 10 weeks

I therefore wonder what amount of T3 should be used, I’ve read 50mcg daily, but is this too much? I gather the EQ + Creatine will counteract loss of lean muscle mass.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated

intresting, I am using 50mcg t3 , satur8, gh 4 iu ed
I think you should be fine at 50mcg and eq and creatine, no more than 50mcg though on t3.

Read about this before. 12.5 mcg daily was the recomended dosage for long durations (anything over 4 weeks. This is to avoid permanently down regulating thyroid function. Also supplement with 2-4 grams of taurine a day. Im in the process of cutting right now but plan on something similar in a few months. Sust, Eq, Cyp, and t-3 for 8 weeks.
 
I dont personally know from experience but research indicates that 12.5 mcg is mor than sufficient for this purpose. I would not risk pemanently shutting down my thyriod by runnig a higher dose such as 50 mcg when 12.5 is enough. 50 mcgs over 10 weeks will be pretty cosly also.
If you have some time before your cycle order "Anabolics 2004" it has some info on this type of cycle. Awsome reference tool over all.
