my girl friend is on a low carb low kcal diet she does c.v 5 times per week along with resistance training 3 times per week. the c.v is a mix of swiming and running/crosstrainer ect. swiming is most of the c.v she dose like 1-1.5 hr swiming per setion. just looking to get a few stuborn lbs off. I recomended just a low 25mcg ed for 3weeks but read some thing about screwing up contraception pill. just wondering if ne one Knows ne more abot this as i cant find much on line abot this. any help greatly appreciated, thanx
