t3 and clen????

Im dieting before i get to my cycle in january so i decided to run t3 and clen together. This shit is counterproductive for a person trying to get into shape. I feel soo tired at the end of the day that i cannt workout like i want. What is the perpose of losing weight while your muscles are flat and tired. Im stopping the clen and t3, i just going to eat clean to lose my weight. Did anyone every experience fatigue from using clen and t3, please let me know.

This is one reason this combo should always be run with some aas.
 
louisiana we have been down this road before my friend. you need to eat clean. if you do not know how to eat clean then PM me and i will be glad to put you on a plan.

stop wasting time and money on clen and AAS. you are gonna kill yourself next. get your diet down first!!
 
Give adderllin a try it will have the opposite effect. A thermo with a great energy.,.

Man when i was at 230lbs i was only had 16% bodyfat!!! This not great but its not bad either. I dont know why you have the misconception of me and my weight. I do eat clean and making progress with my diet. I eat high protein,mod car and low fat. I weight lift 4 times a week and do cardio 5 times a week. I have a solid foundation my friend. I want to use something that could help me get down like t3 and clen. they are only tools to help me get there, my diet and cardio is what's going to bring me there. Please stop acting like im a basket case or some desprate fat guy looking for a way out of obesiety because im not close to being fat (not close). Most of my friends and wife tell me i look dam good at my size right now!!!! Its just me wanting to be better.

My friend try dropping just the clen first. You will find that is the clen that is making you feel like that bro. :heart:

replace it with some lipoflam and feel much better trust me

thanks needtoo!!! after dropping the t3 today i felt much better, no headaches and i dont feel tired at all. I will try lipoflam or adderiline instead of clen. My diet it very clean and im learning to be more displine with my diet. I heard great things about lipoflam and addreline.

I think if you threw in some starved cardio EVERY morning.. a light jog or a long walk is all you need. and lots of watermelon/water.. you will definately reach your goals quicker. it really works! i have a friend i helped lose 75 pounds this way. she is a poster on EF now.

I do appreciate your concern for me and others who maybe doing the wrong thing to lose weight. I have myself in order and i hope others take your advice on dieting and cardio. The only thing i dont do is starved cardio in the morning because my job starts at 6:00am, Im trying to get an ellipitcal machine now so i could burn some cal early in the morning. I love watermelon and i drink soo much water that it's not funny.
