I am 28, 5'10", and 220lbs. I am not new to lifting/dieting, but I am new to using gear. I have tried numerous workout routines and various diets to slim down to my desired weight of between 180-190lbs. I cannot seem to break the plateau. My diet is on point and I do cardio and lift 4-5 days a week. I tried using clen in liquid form in the past, but it did absolutely nothing for me. Even at high dosages, I couldn't feel a thing. Maybe it was a fake, I don't know. But I would like to try a clen/t3 cycle again in tablet form. I have done my research and have found that I may need to take a mild aas to protect against muscle loss from the t3. Is this true? And if so, would D-Bol in tablet form work? Also, what would be a good cycle for the clen/t3? If you could break it down and lay it out for me in dosages, time of day, etc, it would help immensely. Any and all information/advise/knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
