T-rex question

First day on the stuff, took 1 cap at 7:30am. Took it with a banana.

Minor increase in body temp for about 5 mins, then back down to normal. May have been perceived or real, not sure, didn't sweat.

Bottle says to drink 1L of water per 30lbs bodyweight. I'm 300lbs, so 10L in a day. Figured my intake is alway slow, so I'm up to 1.5L so far at 9:30am.

Ate breakfast at 7am, mid-morning at 9:15-ish.

Am I overloading on food and water too much to notice any effects?

Should I pop another cap?

Any ideas welcome...
 
Start out slow, I wouldn't modify intake for a few days... keep water high and meal timing at normal 2-3 hour intervals.

If you're used to simulants go up to 3 caps total for the day if you feel you can handle it.

I wouldn't go to 2 caps at a time for a few days.

If you like to sleep around 10 or 11 ... make sure you don't try a dose of Rexin' after say... 4:30pm. Experiment if you like... but just looking out.
 
I'm doing an hour by hour evaluation of sorts.

Do I feel hungry?
Do I feel warm?
Do I feel jittery?
etc...


Took first pill at 7:30am, not feeling anything still. Just popped #2 at 12pm. Will keep evaluating to see how I feel and if necessary, maybe pop another at 4pm.

I'm usually fairly resistant to medicine and drugs of most sorts, so I'm going on an "as-I-feel" basis. I won't do more than 3/day for a while. But I probably won't just stick at 1/day unless I really feel it.

Took 2nd pill at 12pm. By 12:20pm I was warming up and sweating very little. No jitters.

It's now 12:45pm and all warm/tingly feeling is gone. Makes me depressed. Going to sit down, chill the fuck out, and let the t-rex work whatever mojo it can. Everybody seems to love it, so maybe my body just needs to get acclimated to it.

I agree with everything B_Sarge said ... general rule...

"Start with One Cap and see how you feel. You can do One cap 2 X a day & go from there. BUT NOT after 4 pm (some say 3pm). You may be unable to sleep if you take it later in the day."

Drink water but not too much in one day at 1st you feel like :jarswim:

If you don't already drink at least a gallon a day then start, gradually increase water intake slowly ... the T-Rex is working even if you don't feel it ... give it a little bit to make an accurate judgement
 
i am up to 9 pills a day. 3x3. still no sides of anything. no shakes, no sweats or anxioty. i know all that are side effects but i am just nervous that the product is crap and i am not wasting my money.

on a side note. just started YES today. i can def feel the burn part from it so i guess this i am alittle more happy with YES only bc i can actually feel it.

Of T-Rex? That is INSANE! Need a little history here ...

Do you smoke? ...that can kill the buzz

If you don't feel the heat, possible you are low carbing?

Also what are the affects on training? more intense? sweating more?

What have you used in the past?
Cycles?
ECA?
When was your last break from ALL supps?

Sounds like your receptors are taxed hardcore...

FYI ... there are three ways (GENERALLY) you don't sweat on Trex ... (carbs, water, OR you're burnt on thermos)

YES is liquid GOLD period ... I love that stuff... :D
 
Yohimburn Extra Strength, a topical fat burner. The sensation alone that it provides when you apply it is motivating alone :)

Semi low, not exact on amount but i can add everything up if its a major factor

Same as before, havent really noticed an increase in anything

2 years ago with sust @ 500 EW for 8 weeks

non stop for about a year. stacker 2 @ 3 pills aday

When was your last break from ALL supps?
took 1 week off from stacker 2 before i started T-rex

train 3 days aweek, 2 muscles per day
diet is about but not 100% sure 1500 cals, 200 protein, 200 carbs, 50 fats
supps are ON protein, multi, efas, t-rex, yes
